Contracts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our team, responsible for managing contracts and ensuring successful project delivery for our high-rise residential tower projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction contract management, excellent negotiation skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage contracts with contractors, consultants, and vendors

- Prepare, review, and negotiate contract agreements

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards

- Coordinate with project teams to ensure contract deliverables are met

- Monitor and control costs, schedule, and quality

- Identify and mitigate risks

- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and disputes

- Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures

- Provide training and guidance to junior contract managers

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction Management, or related field

- 8+ years of experience in contract management in the construction industry

- Proven track record of successful contract management

- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
