Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facade Engineer/Manager to oversee the design, procurement, and installation of facade systems for our high-rise residential projects. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the facade design process, ensuring compliance with project requirements, local building codes, and regulations

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of facade systems with the building design

- Develop and manage facade budgets, schedules, and resource allocation

- Conduct site inspections to monitor facade installation, ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications

- Collaborate with the project team to resolve facade-related issues and defects

- Develop and implement facade maintenance and repair strategies

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

- Minimum 8 years of experience in facade engineering and management, preferably in high-rise residential projects

- Strong technical knowledge of facade systems, materials, and design principles

- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
