Branch Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to oversee the overall operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branch management, team leadership, and interior design. This role demands a combination of strategic planning, operational efficiency, and client relationship management to drive the success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Operations:
   
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and operational excellence.
• Monitor branch performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
2. Team Leadership:
   
• Lead and mentor a team of interior designers and support staff, ensuring productivity and high morale.
• Conduct regular meetings to review progress, address challenges, and foster a collaborative work environment.
3. Client Management:
   
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Handle escalations and provide solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
4. Interior Design Oversight:
   
• Review and approve design concepts and plans prepared by the interior design team.
• Ensure designs align with client requirements and maintain the companys quality standards.
5. Business Development:
   
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch’s portfolio.
• Build and nurture relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
6. Budget and Compliance:
   
• Manage branch budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in branch management or a leadership role, with exposure to interior design or a related field.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of interior design processes, tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp), and project management.
• Client Handling: Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team and client interactions.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends with a weekly off on Tuesdays.
