Junior Architect

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage residential interior architecture projects from conceptualization to completion.
• Prepare detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop 2D/3D models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent.
• Present design concepts and proposals effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Take ownership of the sales process by interacting with potential clients, presenting design solutions, and converting leads into confirmed projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3-4 years of experience in interior architecture or a related field, with a focus on residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp; knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client interactions and sales.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to handle both design and sales responsibilities.
