Business Development Executive- Luxury building material industry

Key responsibilities

1. Prospecting & lead generation

• Identify potential clients and businesses through market research and networking.
• Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.

2. Meeting & exceeding sales target

• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

3. Relationship building

• Build relationships with cold and warm leads to understand their business needs, raise awareness about the company, and assess lead quality based on key indicators.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Regularly follow up with clients to address any concerns and identify upselling opportunities.

4. Sales Negotiations

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

5. Market Intelligence

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer needs.

6. Reporting & documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, achievements, and challenges.

7. Collaboration

• Collaborate with the respective team to develop customized solutions tailored to client specifications.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
