Showroom Sales Executive - Tile & Sanitaryware showroom

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Customer Engagement

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to identify their needs and preferences.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and designers to drive repeat business.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

3. Showroom Maintenance and Presentation

• Assist in setting up product displays and keeping them updated with current trends and promotions.

4. Sales Target Achievement

• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the showroom manager.

5. Product Knowledge and Training

• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Educate customers on the proper care, maintenance, and installation of products.

6. Operational Support

• Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Support inventory audits and stock-taking activities.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless showroom operations.

Key Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent or bachelors degree in business, Sales, or a related field is a plus).

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales in the marble, tile, or sanitaryware industry showroom
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
