Job Description
Coordinator tasks
1. Create HomeLearn IDs and assign journeys
2. Track Journey Progress and nudge learners (through emails and calls)
3. Assessment score summarisation ( HomeLearn ), share it with the trainer and recommend add-on sessions to the learners in case they are not able to meet the base eligible score.
4. Facilitating Product/HDS Launch calls
5. Sending calendar invite for induction emailer/RT/ other sessions
6. Updating attendance tracker
7. Breakout room activities in training schedule
8. Reporting the designers absentee to CMs
9. Newsletter and monthly report
10. GLC
11. Updating training decks
12. Tracking the meeting ready status of designers
13. Computing impact for conducted trainings
1. MBA in Human Resources.
2. Prior internship experience in L&D and related field.
3. Available to join immediately.
