Tele Sales- Sr Specialist

Role & responsibilities Tele Sales:

• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Answering customers' questions on the products.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+2 or 10+ 3 yrs diploma
• Prior experience working as a telesales or in a similar role
• Fluency in Hindi both verbal and written,
• Basic Understanding in English
