- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development processes, and enterprise collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
-Collaborate with technical teams to understand product features and benefits
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular pipeline updates
- Work closely with customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT/software sales, preferably with Atlassian products or similar enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of software development, project management, and IT operations

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
