Electrician

Role & responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.
• Install and troubleshoot control panels, circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems using diagrams, schematics, and testing devices.
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures to ensure compatibility and safety.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Use proper protective equipment and follow safety protocols to prevent electrical hazards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare reports on electrical work completed, including any issues encountered and how they were resolved.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to ensure that all electrical work meets their expectations and needs.
