Job Summary for Sr. Commercial Leasing Manager -

The Commercial Leasing Manager is responsible for coordinating leasing activities and supporting the execution of strategies related to the organizations annual leasing plan. This position takes the lead on being the first point of contact for interaction with prospective tenants, conducting efficient property tours, and facilitating the lease flow process. The Sr. Commercial Leasing Manager supports the Senior management in lease negotiations & finalizations.

Also to support the Commercial Fit-out Team in the initial phases of the tenant fit-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leasing Strategy & Execution -

• Should be having knowledge & networking with all the leading national & International Channel Partners who are engaged in leasing out commercial / built to suit / Retail properties
• Identify and engage with Corporate & retail brands.
• Analyse market trends to attract high-performing Corporate, retail tenants and Work with real estate brokers to secure long-term leases.
• Negotiate & manage lease terms, renewals, and rental structures.

2. Tenant Relations & Lease Management -

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
• Handle lease renewals, expansions, and terminations.
• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, & requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure lease agreements comply with company policies and legal regulations.

3. Property & Financial Management -

• Monitor lease compliance, including rent payments and contract terms.
• Optimize property occupancy rates to maximize revenue.

4. Collaboration & Reporting -

• Work closely with property management team, operations, and legal teams.
• Provide market analysis and reports on office space demand.
• Provide regular leasing reports and updates.
• Suggest improvements for lease structures and tenant leasing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support tenant promotions and events.
