Product Manager - SaaS

HKS Manpower is a global software solutions company with offices in London and India. We are a product and services company, meaning that the company develops software for clients but also is working developing it's on it's own products. 

HKS has developing Tech Solutions for renowned stock listed companies, funded startups and renowned non-profits. Our clients include World Wildlife Fund, Aakash Institute, Shahi Exports, ALP Overseas and Red Tape. We also serve clients in the US, UK, EU and UAE.

The company is also working on it's own Product Suite, in the Health and Wellness industry, and is seeking to expand it's Product Development team for this particular Tech Product.

Summary

HKS Manpower is seeking a results-driven Product Manager to join our team. You will develop and execute strategies to drive product growth, enhance user acquisition and retention, and lead cross-functional teams. This role involves managing the product lifecycle, overseeing project management and sprint planning, and using data-driven insights to achieve growth objectives.

Responsibilities :

Manage Product Development: Oversee the product lifecycle, including sprint planning, feature development, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Optimize User Experience: Conduct market research, gather feedback, and optimize the user journey to enhance satisfaction and engagement.

Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with development, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and execution of growth initiatives.

Monitor KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth strategies and make necessary adjustments.

Execute Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote the product and drive user growth.

Client Outreach and Relationship Building: Actively reach out to potential clients and build strong, long-term relationships to expand business opportunities.

Develop Growth Strategies: Create and implement strategies to drive product growth, increase user acquisition, and improve retention.

Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, to support growth efforts.

Skills Required

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term growth strategies.

Project Management: Experience in managing projects and overseeing sprint planning and execution.

Market Research: Skills in conducting market research and applying insights to product development and strategy.

Marketing Strategy: Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques for driving user acquisition and engagement.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.

Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as JIRA for project management and Figma for design collaboration. Postman for API Analysis.

Customer Retention: Ability to develop strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn.

Communication Skills: Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills in English for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.

Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Ability to define and track growth metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications

BTech Degree with basic coding knowledge of backend and front end technologies.
Proven experience of minimum 2 to 3 years in product management, business analysis, growth strategy, and team leadership.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing platforms.
