Opportunity :

As a Performance Copy Writer, you will craft compelling and high-converting ad copies, landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing content. This role requires a deep understanding of performance-driven writing, A/B testing, data-driven analysis, and audience psychology to optimise conversions across various digital channels.

What youll be working on?

• Ad Copywriting: Create persuasive and engaging ad copies for Search Ads, display ads, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit etc.), and programmatic campaigns.
• Landing Pages: Write conversion-optimised landing page content that aligns with ad campaigns and improves lead generation. Continuously work on content iterations to improve conversion rate.
• Email Marketing: Develop compelling email sequences for nurturing, product promotions, and retargeting campaigns, ensuring high open and click-through rates.
• Web & Campaign Content: Write engaging website copy, campaign banners, and call-to-action (CTA) messaging for different funnel stages.
• A/B Testing & Optimisation: Experiment with different messaging styles, headlines, CTAs, and formats to improve conversion rates.
• SEO & CRO Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO and CRO teams to craft content that balances discoverability with conversion optimisation.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all copies align with the brand voice and messaging guidelines while optimising for performance.
• Data-Driven Approach: Analyse performance data (CTR, CVR, engagement rates) and iterate content based on insights.

What are we looking for? 

• 5+ years of experience in performance copywriting, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong expertise in writing for Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media ads with a proven track record of driving conversions.
• Experience in crafting high-converting landing pages, email campaigns, and website copy.
• Understanding of marketing funnels, A/B testing, CRO, and buyer psychology.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data insights to optimise content.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword optimisation for landing pages.
• Excellent research skills to understand the SaaS market, target audience pain points, and competitive landscape.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, collaborating with growth, demand generation, and product marketing teams.
