Hitachi Services Sales Solution Architect

About the role

The Solution Architect will design and plan solutions, aligning them with business goals.

Expertise in service sales and solution architecture is critical, along with in-depth knowledge of Hitachi Storage, migrations, SAN switches.

The ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and a proven track record in delivering high-impact Services Sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design infrastructure solutions and plan service efforts for key deals or customers.
• Support sales by creating solution designs and reviewing customer proposals.
• Promote Hitachi Vantara solutions like Cyber Resilience, Automation, Data Management, AIOps, and GenAI.
• Develop custom solutions when standard options dont meet requirements.
• Maintain a catalog of hardware and software solutions.
• Contribute to transition and transformation plans by identifying implementation tasks.
• Provide expertise in areas like Hitachi Storage, Migrations, SAN Switches (Brocade, Cisco), Backup, and Virtualization.
• Lead projects, mentor junior team members, and drive process improvements.
• Use advanced knowledge to solve complex business issues and make independent decisions.
• Bachelors degree with 12+ years of experience in the Infrastructure domain.
