Requirements:
Drive coding standards and patterns for a large, distributed engineering team
Build extraordinary user interfaces and API surfaces for user and organization management
Participate in all aspects of software development activities including design, estimation, coding, code review, unit-testing and bug fixing
Mentor junior developers to help our team reach its maximum potential
Work in multi-functional teams to ensure superb end-to-end user experiences for our customers
Fast prototyping of ideas and concepts
Research the latest industry trends
Collaborate closely with the developers who build and maintain our in-house design system, to give feedback and recommendations on the components and developer experience
Participate in design reviews to ensure that implementations are consistent with design specifications and user expectations
Implement and advocate for accessibility best practices in all software deliverables to ensure inclusivity across all user demographics
Facilitate and refine our CI/CD processes to improve deployment efficiency and reliability
Proactively monitor and address issues related to the usability, performance, and scalability of the front-end applications
Job Responsibilities:
Tech stack: Java, AWS
Strong understanding of design principles, web standards, and best practices for creating
interactive and responsive application front-ends
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure compliance and functionality across all user interfaces
Experience working with RESTful APIs to power dynamic front-end applications
Experience working within cloud-based environments is an asset (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proficiency in using version control systems like Git, and familiarity with continuous integration and deployment environments
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, reusable code
Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders
A passion for continuous learning and innovation in web technologies and design practices
