React Lead

• We are seeking a highly skilled React Lead Developer with 6-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our web applications, ensuring high-quality code and performance
• You will mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the implementation of best practices in React development

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Reactjs
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects from inception to completion
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (eg, Nextjs)
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
