Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of web technologies, programming languages, and automation tools, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of web automation
Skills

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of automated test scripts for web applications using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar
Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify and report bugs, performance issues, and other anomalies
Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to understand application requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
Maintain and update existing automation frameworks and scripts to adapt to changing application features and functionality
Document test cases, procedures, and results in a clear and organized manner
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP
Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript
Experience or coursework in automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes
Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies and practices
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices
