- Leadership and Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Project Execution : Oversee the design, implementation, and testing of electrical control and protection for high voltage protection.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure all projects are met it s quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Technical Expertise : Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering, control systems, and protection schemes.
- Documentation : Prepare and review technical documentation, including design specifications, Manufacturing drawings / documentation, test plans, and reports.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across all products.
- Compliance : Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools like E3Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
