Job Description
Mission Statement: As part of CP&O, your mission will be to drive key projects which will be developed into global practice for all countries. Enable the business by providing advice of financial analysis and strategy on key topics. Your Responsibility: Technic a l s kills:
- Leads the team on key projects related to accounting and finance transformation
- Identify milestones and track project performance periodically to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are achieved
- Influence strategy with the business and finance to deliver long term efficiencies
- Maintain high standard of documentation for the process related to projects
- Business partnering on various issues related to financial reporting and strategy
- Experience in managing the Internal controls, interpreting the accounting policies & procedures
- Recruitment, training, and. development of team members
- Adopt and apply new tech initiatives to drive efficiency
- Living Hitachi Energy s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
- R o bus t understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet
- Good understanding of Accounting Standards (IFRS)
- Knowledge of hedge accounting is added advantage

- Project management skills will be an added advantage.
