Job Description

Business Information:
The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning.

Mission statement:

As a Marketing and Sales Process Tool Specialist, you will be involved in ensuring the sales team understands and follows the process of Opportunity management in Salesforce.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assisting the factory in following up the standard enquiries and opportunities in Salesforce as per process.

  • D rive the Sales team in capturing correct data in system in salesforce.

  • Ensure that factories follow the correct processes for the recurring opportunities.

  • Provide the necessary analytics and insights as required by the M&S team.

  • Living Hitachi Energy s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background:

  • A bachelor s degree in engineering or any related discipline.

  • Minimum 2+ years experience working with Salesforce. com - Classic in Opportunity management. Skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, MS Teams, etc).

  • Ability to analyze data using Power Bi , Pivot tables, PowerQuery, PowerPivot.

  • Strong communication skills. Ability to work during North America time zone hours.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally throughout an international organization, interfacing with business partners and support groups across the organization.

  • Strong analytical and research skills. Advanced ability to present analysis reports to relevant stakeholders. Excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Flexibility on working with teams from different regions.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
