Your Opportunity :

The position is suited for individuals with a desire to work on the development of products that solve customer needs.

You will implement Backend components that form the core of our multiple MDM solutions. We ask that you have experience implementing scalable, customizable, extendible technical components that are. You will be to work daily with Program Managers, Product Architects, Product Managers, Dev and SDET engineers in designing and building technical components. You will be reporting to Director Development

As part of the Development team, you will be responsible for :

- Gather and translate broad feature requirements into functional and design specifications

- Provide detailed estimates for features

- Lead feature development with other team members

- Take architectural ownership of departments in the product

- Write high quality code

- Give iteration demos to show progress

- Deliver features to production

- Assist customers and field engineers in troubleshooting production issues

Technologies You'll use :

- Core Java, Spring Framework, Web service protocol stack, REST

- Web client technologies such as JavaScript, ReactJS

- Unit, Integration & end to end testing

- Perforce and Git version control systems

- Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure & GCP

- Cloud Native Concepts/Technologies such as Microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

- K8s stack such as AWS EKS, Helm, Istio, etc

- Telemetry tools such as Prometheus, ELK, Sumo Logic, Jaeger

Qualifications

- 8+ years of Enterprise Software Development experience

- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent

- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms & design patterns

- Knowledge of object-oriented design and multithreaded programming

- Development experience using Java

- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP and their managed services -

- Experience working with Microservices

- Experience with cloud native technologies such as Kubernetes

- BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
