Lead Software Development Engineer - Test - Python/Selenium (8-12 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python and Robot frameworks.

- Write and execute automated test scripts for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of web applications.

- Use tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress to automate testing for UI and API layers.

- Collaborate with development teams to define test strategies, identify edge cases, and ensure proper test coverage.

- Implement continuous integration Api and continuous delivery Automation practices to automate the deployment and testing process.

- Troubleshoot, identify, and report software defects, ensuring they are addressed promptly.

- Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in Python, Automation, Selenium web drives, Api automation, and Robot framework works.

- Strong experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
