Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Selenium/Cypress (4-8 yrs)

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality of our cutting-edge AI platform. You will work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks that validate machine learning workflows, data pipelines, APIs, and infrastructure components. Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing of the platform's features.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans and cases.

- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks, ensuring scalability and ease of use.

- Perform end-to-end testing of AI workflow configurations to validate functionality, usability, and performance.

- Identify, document, and track bugs and quality issues, working closely with the development team to ensure prompt resolution.

- Build test coverage for APIs, UI components, and backend services to ensure platform reliability.

- Stay updated on emerging trends in testing tools and methodologies, particularly in no-code platforms and AI-driven applications.

- Continuously refine the QA process to ensure maximum efficiency and quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications :

- 4-8 years of experience as a QA Engineer with a strong focus on automation testing.

- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

- Experience with testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, or equivalent.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.

- Knowledge of AI and machine learning workflows.

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

- Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with MLOps platforms such as MLFlow, Sagemaker, etc.

- Understanding of data pipelines, model serving, and monitoring.

- Conceptual understanding of model evaluation approaches or frameworks.

- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Locust.

- Knowledge of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Exposure to security testing methodologies.
