Flutter Developer - Dart Programming (3-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Flutter Developer to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performing mobile applications using Flutter.

- Ensure seamless integration with backend services via RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

Feature Implementation :

- Translate business and technical requirements into functional mobile app features.

- Develop advanced UI components and animations to deliver an engaging user experience.

Code Quality and Optimization :

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.

- Optimize app performance to ensure responsiveness and smooth functionality on both iOS and Android platforms.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate actively in team discussions, code reviews, and agile development processes.

Technology Advancement :

- Stay updated with the latest Flutter updates, mobile development trends, and industry best practices.

- Contribute to improving development processes and adopting new technologies.

Qualifications : Experience : 3+ years of professional experience in mobile app development with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart.

Skills Required :

- Proficiency in building and deploying Flutter applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

- Strong experience with State Management solutions (e.g. , Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).

- In-depth understanding of Firebase services (e.g. , Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Push Notifications).

- Solid knowledge of UI/UX design principles and the ability to implement pixel-perfect designs.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. , Git).

- Knowledge of native mobile development (Kotlin, Swift) is a plus.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup
