Node.js Developer - Express.js/MongoDB (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code using Node.js and related technologies (e.g , Express.js).

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and other integrations.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and debug production issues promptly and effectively.

- Refactor existing code to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and handbooks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g , product managers, designers, QA) to ensure project success.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Node.js and related technologies.

- Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and best practices.

Must-Haves :

- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong experience in developing and designing RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features.

- Experience with modern database technologies (e.g , MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with React.js, GraphQL, or Next.js.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g, AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g , Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g , Jest, Mocha).
