- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Human Resources team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across all levels and departments within the healthcare industry.
- This role requires a strong understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate screening techniques, and building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and screen qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking.
- Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including offer negotiation, background checks, and - onboarding.
Employer branding:
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Enhance the company's online presence and social media presence.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
- Data analysis and reporting:
- Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and present findings to stakeholders.
Continuous improvement:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within the healthcare industry.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding.
