Exciting Career Opportunity: Director - Sales & Business Development- APAC (Automotive & Mobility Sector) | Bangalore, India

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director - Sales & Business Development to lead and drive growth in one of the most exciting and fast-evolving sectors-Automotive & Mobility-with a focus on e-mobility, autonomous driving, connectivity, and digital technologies.

Location: Bangalore, India

- Experience: 18-20 years, with at least 12 years in a relevant industry and leadership role

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute sales and business development strategies to drive growth in key markets, focusing on OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and automotive tech players.

Build and nurture strong relationships with strategic partners and customers in the automotive and mobility industry.

Lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and ensuring the achievement of business targets.

Identify and close complex deals and partnerships, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and negotiation expertise.

Develop and implement innovative go-to-market strategies, positioning the company at the forefront of emerging trends in the automotive sector.

What We're Looking For:

12+ years of experience in sales, business development, and partnerships in the automotive or mobility sectors, specifically around e-mobility, connected vehicles, autonomous technologies, and software services.

Proven experience in managing large, complex sales cycles and negotiating high-stakes deals.

Deep understanding of the Indian automotive ecosystem (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, etc.) and strong relationships in the industry.

A strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term execution and long-term vision.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and achieving impactful results.
