Frontend Developer - React.js Framework (2-3 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- We are looking for a frontend engineer who is passionate about building web applications.

- Develop and maintain user-facing interfaces while building reusable components and front-end libraries.

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web browsers

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs

- Resolving ambiguity by thinking from the user's perspective and effectively wearing the product hat

- Contribute to architectural decisions

Qualification :

You're a senior IC that has built such systems before and this is not an area you have to ramp up on. We don't require any formal qualifications but value learning new skills especially from one another.

We are looking for someone that feels a sense of duty to the users of their work.

- Highly productive while producing quality code.

- You enjoy pushing out features in a pragmatic and maintainable way. You know when to use duct tape and when to lay a foundation. Design sensibility will be a must.

- Curious and quick learning. We don't expect you to have experience in every technology we use, but to learn and be productive quickly.

- Owning several repos and jumping into all of them doesn't scare you.

- Demonstrating learned skills is best shown when you understand the user's perspective and consistently exceed their expectations.

- Passion for working in a startup environment is essential prior startup experience is a plus but not required.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in React : Deep understanding of React (web) for building dynamic web applications

- Tailwind CSS : Experienced in using Tailwind CSS for styling and design consistency

- TypeScript Expertise : Skilled in TypeScript for type-safe JavaScript development

- State Management : Familiar with tools like Zustand, Redux, and Context API for managing application state

- Build Pipelines : Knowledgeable in frontend build tools such as npm and webpack for efficient development workflows

- Browser APIs : Experienced with browser APIs and techniques for optimizing frontend performance
