Netskope Proxy Specialist/Administrator - Cloud Security (3-5 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Netskope Proxy Specialist/Administrator to manage and optimize our cloud security solutions, focusing specifically on the Netskope platform.

This role will involve configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Netskope proxy solutions to ensure secure access to cloud services and applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in cloud security technologies and a deep understanding of the Netskope ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

Netskope SWG and CASB Solutions Implementation :

- Implement, configure, and maintain Netskope Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions to ensure secure cloud access for all users and devices.

Policy Management :

- Manage Netskope proxy policies to ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards.

- Continuously evaluate and update policies to align with emerging security risks.

Traffic Monitoring & Risk Analysis :

- Monitor and analyze traffic logs to identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities to optimize the performance of the Netskope platform.

Identity Providers (IdP) & Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration :

- Configure and integrate Identity Providers (IdPs) and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for seamless and secure access to Netskope-enabled applications.

Access Control Design & Enforcement :

- Collaborate with IT and security teams to design and enforce access control policies, ensuring proper user authentication and access restrictions are in place for cloud applications.

Issue Troubleshooting & Resolution :

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Netskope proxy configurations, system performance, and integration with other cloud security tools and services.

Team Training & Knowledge Sharing :

- Provide training and guidance to team members on Netskope functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques to enhance overall team capabilities.

Regular Audits & Compliance Checks :

- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with corporate security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Netskope or similar cloud security platforms.

- Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Netskope Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and associated cloud security technologies.

- Policy Management : Experience managing proxy policies, including access controls, encryption, and data loss prevention (DLP).

- Security Protocols : Strong understanding of security protocols such as SSL/TLS, SSO, Identity Federation, and authentication mechanisms.

- Troubleshooting Skills : Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network and security issues related to cloud services.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Collaboration : Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, network, and security teams, to design and implement cloud security solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Netskope certification (i.e., Netskope Certified Specialist).

- Experience with cloud security best practices, including data encryption, access management, and compliance frameworks (i.e., GDPR, HIPAA).

- Familiarity with SIEM tools for log analysis and threat detection.

- Experience with other cloud security solutions such as Zscaler, McAfee, or Symantec
