Job Title: Assistant Manager - Sales


Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration


Experience: 3+ years of experience in luxury resorts or hospitality


Location: Nandi Hills, Bangalore, Karnataka


Role Type: Individual Contributor


About the Role:


- Assistant Manager - Sales will play a key role in the sales team of the client.


- With a focus on promoting the luxury resort's offerings to new and existing clients, this position is designed for an energetic and results-driven individual with 3+ years of sales experience in the luxury hospitality industry.


- The Assistant Manager Sales will work closely with senior sales staff to meet and exceed revenue goals, build relationships with high-end clients, and enhance the overall sales strategy of the resort.


- This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for luxury hospitality and a track record in driving sales growth within the hospitality sector.


Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring smooth execution, team productivity, and client satisfaction while driving revenue growth and process improvements.


- Drive sales to meet and exceed targets for rooms, meeting space, events, and other resort services.


- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including corporate, leisure, and group travel markets.


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key accounts.


- Provide personalized service and proactive communication to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standards.


- Work closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Events teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings, events, and guest experiences.


Key Qualifications & Skills:


Education: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.


Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in luxury resorts or similar high-end hospitality establishments.


Skills:


- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and travel professionals.


- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.


- In-depth understanding of luxury hospitality standards and customer expectations.


- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate within a team environment.


Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must have for this role.


Desirable Experience:


- Experience working with a diverse range of clients including corporate groups, weddings, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), and leisure travelers.


- Prior experience in cross-selling resort facilities, such as restaurants, spas, golf courses, and event spaces.


- Familiarity with high-end luxury branding and positioning in the competitive luxury resort market.
