Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager - Affluent Channel is responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) within a defined geographic area. This role requires a strong understanding of wealth management principles, excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on cross- selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new HNI and UHNI clients through proactive business development activities, including networking, referrals, and client prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand client financial goals and objectives, and provide personalized wealth management solutions, including investment advisory, portfolio management, and financial planning.
- Cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services, such as loans, deposits, insurance, and investment products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals as defined by the Bank.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the Bank's CRM system.
- Represent the Bank professionally at industry events and networking functions.
- Adhere to all Bank policies and procedures, including KYC/AML and risk management guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a related field, with a proven track record of acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients.
- Strong understanding of wealth management principles, investment products, and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
