Manager - Business Development - FinTech (3-5 yrs)

We have an opportunity with a fintech company that provides collection platforms to Banks and NBFCs.

Role : Business Development Manager

Location : Ahmedabad and Hyderabad (local candidates only)

Experience : 3-5 years

Job Description:

- Drive business growth by finding new opportunities in the marketplace and managing the sales process to expand our client base and partnerships.

- Identify and onboard new partners to the platform.

- Generate revenue through partnerships by implementing effective growth strategies.

- Ensure timely collection of receivables from the partners

- Achieve specific targets for onboarding new partners, revenue generation, and receivables collection.

- The role would also require extensive travel to various cities to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and experience in partner onboarding, particularly in marketplace settings.

- Experience with multi-location travel.

- Proficient in sales and negotiation abilities.

- Excellent communication skills in English and local language preferred.

- Open to work on 6-days work week from office - Sundays off
