- Effectively partner with the central recruitment team to help in sourcing of local candidates & managing the process at the local level
- Significant experienced and knowledge on local job market and the insurance/ retail industry
- Responsible for the people management, acting as an adviser and providing professional support for all HR & related activities
- Ability to manage diverse stake-holders
- Ability to coach and mentor sales employees, having a strong sales acumen himself/herself
- Partner in driving employee engagement programs through proactive and structured interventions
- Handle grievances & concerns in a sensitive manner with empathy & bring them to closure
- Strong Business Communication skills with the ability to influence & convince stakeholders by objectively presenting & challenging views
- Escalate issues to proper authority as & when need arises
- Keeps a proactive check on the general employee well-being & engagement levels; intervene actively when necessary
- Proficient in handling employee issues with sensitivity, objectivity & empathy
