Junior Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, and bank reconciliations.
  
• Prepare and review balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements on a regular basis.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and company policies.
  
• Perform general ledger maintenance tasks such as journal entries, voucher posting, and data entry.
  
• Assist in audit preparation by gathering necessary documents and providing support during the auditing process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in accountancy or related field.
  
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software; knowledge of other accounting software an added advantage.
