JD for Tele-caller

Monitoring ambulances 24x7 to ensure drivers respond to calls and reach accident locations within the required time periods.

1. Real-Time Call Monitoring: Ensure that all drivers pick up calls on the first ring and reached on time (24*7).

2. Any missed or delayed call pickups and escalate it if required.

3. Monitor ambulances in real-time using GPS systems to track their location, route, and speed.

4. Response Time Analysis: Record the time taken by ambulances to respond to a call and reach the accident or emergency site.

5. Communication with drivers to ensure they are aware of their assigned tasks.

6. Verify that the ambulance successfully transported the patient to the hospital.

7. GPS-Based Tracking Systems: Track real-time ambulance movement shared all report

8. Analyses response times, call pickup rates, and SLA adherence and share all the report to reporting manager.

Qualification- Any Graduate
