Qualification:

Requirement- B.Sc Nursing, GNM, Diploma in E.M.T, EMT Trained staff and with prior experience of Ambulance Management in health care sector.

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to emergency calls assigned by Emergency Response Officers (EROs) and reach the location swiftly.
• Provide pre-hospital care to patients, ensuring medical support and stabilization en route to the hospital.
• Confer with Emergency Response Center Physicians (ERCP) for critical cases, following medical directions precisely.
• Maintain Patient Care Records (PCR) and ensure daily updates of emergency operations data for accurate reporting.
• Strengthen relations with local private and public hospitals for seamless patient transfers and care.
• Safely handle, maintain, and operate all medical equipment and ambulance resources.
• Regularly update the Operations Executive regarding inventory requirements, including medicines, oxygen, and consumables.
• Participate in community awareness programs by demonstrating the ambulances features and enrolling volunteers.
• Maintain all records and registers accurately, ensuring prompt case closures within designated timelines.
• Communicate immediately with the Operations Executive regarding audits, emergencies, or unusual incidents.
• Assist in patient handling by using stretchers and ensuring patient safety along with the pilot.

Requirements:
• Education: B.Sc. in Nursing, Paramedic Certification, or EMT training.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in emergency medical services or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of emergency medical protocols, experience in pre-hospital care, and familiarity with medical equipment.
• Ability to document patient data accurately, maintain records, and provide updates as required.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with physicians, hospital staff, and emergency response teams.
• Physical fitness and stamina to handle emergency cases and patient lifting safely.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using emergency equipment, stretcher handling, and maintaining medical inventory.
