IT Testing Services Sales Leader

As a Senior IT Testing Services Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our presence in the US market. Your focus will be on building relationships with banking clients and leveraging your existing network to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the US region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT testing services across various industries, with a strong emphasis on banking clients.
• Execute account penetration strategies to establish and expand relationships within key accounts.
• Lead vendor empanelment processes with large multinational organizations, ensuring compliance and alignment with their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.
• Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide feedback to the product and service teams to enhance offerings based on client needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on IT testing services.
• Proven track record of account penetration and vendor empanelment with large multinational organizations.
• Strong network and established connections within the banking sector in the US.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
