Role & responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for a cluster of branches, ensuring smooth functioning across all processes.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency, identify and mitigate bottlenecks, and optimize branch workflows.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in vehicle financing operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications, disbursements, and customer service functions within the cluster.
- Ensure that all branches under the cluster comply with local regulations and internal policies related to commercial vehicle financing.
