Tele Caller

Role & responsibilities

• Contact Sales Officers across branches in Pana India via telephone calls to initiate conversations and establish rapport.
• Identify Sales Officers who are at zero login and zero disbursements and communicate effectively with them.
• Clearly explain the value proposition and benefits of Hinduja Housing Finance products and services to Sales Officers.
• Provide necessary information, answer questions, and address concerns raised by Sales Officers.
• Collaborate with Sales Officers to understand their challenges and provide suitable solutions to increase their productivity.
• Update the Sales Officer database with accurate and relevant information obtained during conversations.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for the number of calls made, successful conversations held, and leads generated.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct while representing Hinduja Housing Finance.
• Keep accurate records of all telephonic interactions and report on progress and results to the reporting manager.
• Stay updated with the latest product features, pricing, and market trends to effectively communicate with Sales Officers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven work experience as a Tele Caller or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to engage in persuasive and convincing conversations with Sales Officers.
• Good listening skills to understand the needs and concerns of Sales Officers.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships over the phone.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Tele Calling Sales / Collection of Loans

Specific Skills

• Languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telegu, Kannada
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
