Treasury Manager

The treasurer position is responsible for corporate liquidity, investments, and risk management related to the company's financial activities.

Liquidity Planning:

• Ensure adequate liquidity for business needs, LCR requirements and invest short term excess cash.
• Planning for long term liquidity requirements and initiate sourcing of funds in timely manner
• Prepare Short-term Cash forecast
• Prepare Long-term ALM and plan funding mix and tenure accordingly

Funding Raising:

• Initiate Loan requests with Banks, MFs, Insurance Co, PF funds
• Coordinate for data requests and queries and get Sanctions/Lines at the earliest
• Maintain Liquidity levels as per Policy parameters
• Review & negotiation of Loan document and Sanction conditions
• Raising NCD entire process from end to end (IM preparation, Complete NCD raising process steps, investor relationship management, familiarity with regulations)
• Raising CP entire process from end to end

Operations:

• Interest calculations and confirmations
• Process timely interest and principal payments without delay
• NCD compliance post issuance, reporting
• Maintain record of Treasury Master and ERP data both
• Stock Allocation
• Coordinate for Transaction Banking and implement new Banking Products as per companys requirements

Prepare all monthly / quarterly MISs pertaining to Liquidity risk and Interest Rate Risk

Strategic

Prepare analysis of companys ALM, Borrowing profile, Risk parameters

Tactical

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures. Develop and monitor treasury operational policies.
• Regulatory and policy compliance for treasury operations
• To plan and manage the efficient utilization of debt capital in a manner consistent with the objectives of the organization, which may include tax exempt bond financing, New Markets Tax Credit financing, and warehouse lines of credit.
• To investigate and recommend comprehensive strategies to structure and raise debt capital including making forecasts, managing funds and investments, and preparing periodic comparative financial reports for the senior management team.
• To continually evaluate alternative long term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines.
• To make standard operating procedures for all processes in the treasury function
• To initiate and get implementation of necessary IT developments/improvements required for effective treasury management
• To analyze and recommend the borrowing risk tolerance for the organization, as well as recommend performance benchmarks.
• To evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
• To manage relationships with the organizations financial service providers; including banks, investments bankers, community development lenders, foundations and other stakeholder partners.
• To ensure compliance of companys borrowing and ALM profile with the necessary regulatory and policy thresholds
• To ensure sufficient available liquidity for companys operations
• To arrange for DA/securitization in line with the companys requirements
• To service debt and off-book liability obligations in timely manner and in completeness without error
• Reporting to lenders, understanding and presentation of financial information

Operational / Supervisory

• Oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships.
• Negotiate bank and service fees.
• Implement new bank technologies, products and services to improve cash cycle and simplify company operations.
