Regional Manager HR

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

• Lead the recruitment process for the region, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective hiring.
• Implement innovative strategies to attract top talent and build a robust talent pipeline.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Conduct investigations and address employee concerns in compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.

Performance Management:

• Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development discussions.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
• Implement career development initiatives to support employee growth and succession planning.

HR Policies and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, making updates as necessary to align with changing laws and regulations.
• Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices

Preferred candidate profile

MBA (HR) with 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HRBP role.

Strong in Decision Making and Inter Personal Skills

Strong English communication skills both oral and written are mandatory

Strong in leadership and team building

Ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload

Ability to lead and guide a team to help achieve business objectives

Must work well under pressure and tight timelines

Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
