Senior Systems Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer to lead system-level engineering tasks, with a focus on automotive embedded systems. You will work on diagnostics, functional safety, cybersecurity, and contribute to improving our ASPICE L2 processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Systems Design: Design, develop, and integrate automotive embedded systems, ensuring they meet all technical and safety requirements.
• Diagnostics & Protocols: Develop and implement diagnostic protocols like CAN and UDS for vehicle communication and fault detection.
• ASPICE Compliance: Support and ensure compliance with ASPICE L2 processes, enhancing the development lifecycle.
• Functional Safety (FuSa): Implement ISO 26262 functional safety standards to ensure the system is safe and compliant with industry requirements.
• Cybersecurity: Integrate ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity measures into the development lifecycle to protect the system from security vulnerabilities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with hardware, software, and validation teams to ensure system integration and performance standards are met.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain system specifications, test plans, and verification reports.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, particularly in the automotive or embedded systems industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in CAN and UDS diagnostic protocols.
• Strong experience with ASPICE processes (Level 2 and above).
• Deep understanding of ISO 26262 (FuSa) and ISO/SAE 21434 (Cybersecurity) standards.
• Tools: Familiarity with tools like MATLAB/Simulink, DOORS, and diagnostic/analysis tools.

• Effective communicator with the ability to mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to drive results independently.
