Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for ownership of the Competency Framework and the proficiency Levels per competency.
• Stakeholder engagement on competency by Line of Business/ Roles
• Ensure organization cascade of competencies through various medium
• Develop and implement competency frameworks to support career development and performance management.
• Ensure alignment of competency frameworks with organizational goals on a periodic basis.
• Talent Assessment: Develop and administer assessment tools to evaluate employee skills and competency gaps and potential.
• Conduct talent assessments to identify high-potential employees & support the creation of individual development plans.
• Manage and coordinate talent development programs and initiatives.
• Responsible to coordinate and ensure Talent Council meetings each year.
• Work closely with HR, Managers and other stakeholders to support talent development initiatives.
• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in talent development.
• Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
• Study of Best Practices adopted in the NBFC space or in external environment around TM
• Cost control: Ensures expenses for training are well within the budget

Skill Required

• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
