Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Supporting Actions
Managing warehouse activities
Managing warehouse activities, LTA implementation 100 % and tracking, checklist implementation, daily shiftwise shift report, daily filling of Safety checklist, optimum uses of manpower to reduce overtime, use of loading crew for packing, 100 % utilization of racks daily tracking. Meeting with the operators one time in month for warehouse related issues. Ensure the 100 percent printed sticker on the coil.
CAPEX:-
Find out the new Capex projects as per plan and innovate new ideas for smooth functioning of Warehouse Operation before FY2425
Packing cost
Packing material consumption monitoring daily and tracking. packing alternate supplliers. Find new ways to reduce packing cost.Recycling of MS skids for Technova.Monitoring Strech wrap film consumption.Finding alternate material for wood. Controling wood consumption. Cost of packing material for Export /Domestic customer to be calculated for all type of packing and analysis to be done to reduce cost.Packing material analysis for different supplier to be made and alternative supplier exploration to be done
Safety
Conduct monthly safety meeting and resolve safety related problem and adherence percentage against the action plan. Enter targeted PI in Enablon and corrective action against the warehouse ,Conduct LPA audits, Conduct monthly Safety training programme for acheiving the departmental and HR objective. Route cause analysis of Incident happened in warehouse and implement the actions decided against the incident..
Audit data management
Planning inhouse audit for packing line, loading, forklift, lashing chocking audit.Plan 5 S and BCE audit along with Bharat Dhamande Quarterly.make action plan along with responsibility target date ,checking adherance to it by monthly communication meeting.Facing IMS audit and clearing the abnormalities and NC ,maintaining IMS record.
Conducting Task Force audit on Road and Driving Safety and implement necessary changes as per Corporate guide lines and increase score by 5 %
100 % adherance FIFO:-
Follow up with sales co marketing for non moving finish goods. Monthly Fg inventory reconcellation matching old lot. Maintaining House keeping and free access movement in warehouse FG .Ensure 100 % adherance to despatch plan.

Qualifications:
Diploma

Minimum Experience Level:
1-4 Years
