Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team, focusing on residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for connecting with potential customers to generate leads and schedule site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation:
  
• Call potential customers from provided databases or leads.
• Explain the features, benefits, and details of residential projects.
• Answer queries and address concerns to build trust and interest.

• Follow-Up:
  
• Regularly follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement.
• Ensure prompt response to missed calls or callbacks.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
• Update the sales team with qualified leads and feedback.
• Target Achievement:
  
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and site visits scheduled.
• Market Research:
  
• Gather feedback and identify trends in customer requirements.
• Stay updated on competitor projects and market developments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelors degree preferred.
• 1+ years of telecalling or customer service experience in real estate or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication skills in [Insert relevant languages, e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
• Persuasive, confident, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Note: Prior experience in residential real estate is a plus.
