Tele Caller

Key Responsibilities:

• Making Outbound Calls: Initiating calls to potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or gather information. This includes following scripts and guidelines for communication.
• Answering Inbound Calls: Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about services or products.
• Product/Service Promotion: Explaining the features, benefits, and prices of products or services. Upselling or cross-selling may also be a part of the job.
• Customer Support: Assisting customers with issues related to orders, billing, account information, or general queries. Ensuring high customer satisfaction is key.
• Lead Generation: Identifying potential leads, qualifying them, and scheduling follow-up calls for the sales team or providing relevant information.
• Database Management: Updating customer information in the system, keeping records of interactions, and following up as necessary.
• Handling Objections: Addressing concerns or objections raised by customers, working to resolve issues effectively while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in [Specify language(s)].

Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
