Role & responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls: Contact customers and prospects to promote our jewelry products, provide information, and address queries.
2. Generate leads: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and follow up on inquiries.
3. Meet sales targets: Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting our jewelry products and providing excellent customer service.
4. Build customer relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
5. Stay updated on products: Familiarize yourself with our jewelry products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
6. Maintain records: Accurately record customer interactions, sales, and feedback using our CRM system.
7. Collaborate with the team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
3. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Sales skills: Proven sales skills and ability to meet sales targets.
5. Product knowledge: Familiarity with jewelry products and industry trends (desirable).
6. Technical skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
7. Language skills: Fluency in English and local languages (if applicable).
