KEY TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Keeping attendance, leave record of employees. Prepare attendance and absenteeism report. Time office activities.
2. Keeping record of compliance under various labour acts .
3. Preparation of attendance, leaves, wages , overtime and bonus
4. All notices, circulars - drafting, typing, displaying etc.
5. Play specific role as per details given in On-Site Emergency Plan.
6. Assisting in Administrative activities like Canteen , Transportation Management , Housekeeping, Contract Manpower Management, Colony and Guest House administration.
7. Engagement of Govt. Apprentices under The Apprentices Act.
8. Support HR Head to conduct Employee Engagement Programs.
9. Procurement and distribution of office stationery to all departments
10. Ensure Statutory Compliance under Various Factory Laws.
11. To control the main gate activities like employees, visitors material turnover and to check monitor the record maintained by security .
12. Preparation of statutory returns with respect to employment exchanges, Apprenticeship Act, PF, Factories Act annual return, Bonus act, Contract labour Act. Etc
13. Maintaining Personal files and updating the records of all workers
14. Make arrangements for Guests for their stay and Meals.
