Evaluating technical feasibility, introducing new technology & designs, process development, cost effective technical proposals.
In depth knowledge of Material Balance, Energy Balance, Heat Transfer calculations, PFD, P&ID, Layout, Process control interlocks & logics.
Accuracy in Process design with equipment sizing, Equipment drawings, Specification sheets for Equipments (PDS) & Instruments (IPDS).
Control budget & timeline through close monitoring of projects.
Ensure quality as per design basis through QAP procedure & developing design standards - PDS/IPDS, GAD etc
Safety standards - Improvement through PSM elements of process technology (PSI), PHA, QA elements.
Commissioning & Performance monitoring of Projects.
