Job Description:-

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with excellent working knowledge in direct taxation.

- Minimum 10 years post qualification experience with an exposure in tax function of any large sized industry.

- Domain expertise of direct taxation and handling multiple entities of a group.

- Hands on experience on interaction with the tax department on various matters including representation before the tax authorities.

- Specialization in preparation of computation of income, assessment data review, tax provision review, preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, etc. Ensure timely compliance and tax filings of tax returns and assessment notices, etc.

- Drafting of submissions of assessment and appellate proceedings.

- Ability to handle tax related queries in a timely and accurate manner.

- Strong written and oral communication skills, knowledge of computers and excel.

- Ability to team up with internal and external stakeholders.

The company has a criteria for offer of 25-30% hike (including the variable) in Fixed and variable payout. They have 7.5% variables for the SM role.
